The water ski lift is a facility for water skiing on the Lac des deux amants, from age 12.

Instead of being powered by a motorboat, traction is provided by a cable on a 1km-long loop. This is the longest ski lift in France**.

12 skiers can travel at the same time on this loop at a speed of 30 km/h. Water-skiing is done standing up, but for younger skiers or beginners, you can start kneeling on a board. The start is from a pontoon, which makes it much easier.

NEW : The waterski lift is now equipped with a floating pontoon allowing you to return to the dry from the 3rd bend. No need to wait for the boat to take you back to the start! Another advantage is that the pontoon also acts as a 'dyke' against the (small) waves coming in from the lake, which is much more pleasant for riding!
