Normandy Quality Tourism

Presentation of the approach

Since 2001, the CCIs of Normandy and the Normandy Region have been providing the human, financial and technical resources for the development of Normandie Qualité Tourisme.

Members of "Normandie Qualité Tourisme" sign up to a voluntary, controlled and sustainable approach to progress, which offers them an outside perspective to measure their level of performance, thanks to the "quality" audit and the "responsible tourism" diagnosis. The label is awarded for a period of 5 years and may be renewed after a further audit.

Establishments awarded the label benefit from assistance, advice and tools specially designed and adapted to their sector, to help them optimise the services they offer, build team loyalty and improve their environmental and social performance.
