History of the Syndicat :

1971: Syndicat Mixte du Vaudreuil begins work on the leisure centre.

1979: creation of a management association governed by the law of 1901, called "Les étangs des 2 amants".

2005: management taken over by the Syndicat Mixte du Vaudreuil

26 April 2006: creation of the Syndicat Mixte de la Base de Plein Air et de Loisirs de Léry-Poses between the members :

• the Haute-Normandie Region
• the departments of Seine-Maritime and Eure
• the Seine-Eure Conurbation Community
• subject: development and management of the Léry-Poses open-air and leisure centre
• Municipalities covered: Amfreville-sous-les-Monts, Léry, Le Manoir Le Vaudreuil, Pitres, Poses, Porte-de-Seine, Val-de-Reuil.

The Syndical Committee

The Syndical Committee is made up of 24 representatives, whose seats are divided between the various members:

Département de l'Eure: 10 representatives (the president, an ex officio member, 8 full members and 1 delegate)

Communauté d'Agglomération Seine Eure: 14 representatives (the Chairman, an ex officio member, 12 full members and 1 delegate)

President of the Syndicat Mixte: Mr Bernard Leroy
